I am a perfered member of both Hilton and Sheraton hotels. We just came from a disappointing stay at the Hilton resort Maui. From the moment we pulled up the valet guys treated my wife, kids and myself like royalty. We were all given a a shell necklace, a refreshing drink treated with a smile and taken to our rooms. What a welcomed relief after the miserable hectic debacle of an experience at the Hilton. As a matter of fact, I had to come back to the service desk because our towel cards were missing a I had to get new ones for the kids. The line was quite long and frustration must have shown on my face. The concierge Bradley Keaton must have noticed and asked if there is anything he could help me with. I told him my dilemma. He said no worries he'll call down to the beach and have towels waiting for us. Wow an extra r5 minutes of sun and fun thank to an observant Bradley. It was a great stay for our family and we will be back for sure. In my books the Maui Sheraton is a must stay resort. Thanks to a great staff
