I went into this dealership to get a Dodge Journey. I spent a few hours in the store. I was told I needed to supply them with some information, but the loan was approved. I had to text and follow up daily, Chris the salesman. He told me several times he would be in touch. Days would go by. The last time he said he would be in touch in 30 min. I had to text 3 hours later. He came back with crazy different terms than promised. I feel lied to! I believe I was told by Chris what I wanted to hear just to keep me on a hook. Well this fish swam away and is warning other fish to go to a honest dealership. Thanks for wasting my time and lying to me. Truly pathetic!
