I have been going to this clinic for several months and I am delighted. Very good doctors and facilities and in general the whole team is lovely. This review is due to the fact that a few weeks ago I had a hysterosalpingogram and I had to go to the Radiology area for the first time. The two women in charge of managing patients in this area should not work in public for their behavior. They did not respond to "good morning", when I said that I was there because I had an appointment, one of them answered me in very bad ways, pointing to a machine so that first of all I would take a ticket, and answered all my questions (I was a little nervous for the test) in very bad ways while her partner next door looked at her amused. Later, as I had to wait on my feet for more than half an hour to be called, I witnessed how they treated the rest of the patients. They explained things to the older people in a trickle and also in bad ways. I myself had to explain to a couple of old people how the ticket machine worked because they played deaf on the other side of the glass when someone asked them a question, and then looked at each other chuckling when the patients walked away. I began to comment in a low voice about the situation with a girl who was there waiting like me and she told me that those two women always behaved the same. I thought about saying something to them at that time but I don't like to argue and even less when I'm about to have a medical test that was very important to me. I just wanted to put on the record that these two employees should be repositioned and not face the public for their lack of education that reaches the lack of humanity with older people, whom they do not treat as they deserve.
