Dealing with reservation has been very disappointing. We have a voucher for 3 nights we paid for at an auction for a charity event at their related hotel in Bangkok. We were promised it would be easy to book. Now the reservation team beats on the fact that the availability of rooms is under their discretion and we o Lyn get dates fitting the hotel.
I expected more from a 5-Star Marriott. I don t mind the money spent, it went to a good cause ( Operation Smile Thailand). It s just aggravating seeing there is availability online to pay for rooms during the time we would like to travel but the voucher isn t applied for those nights, only for the timeframe th shoreline sees fit.
I ll find a better place to stay.
