The worst management ever! Did not refund or even exchange a faulty per of shoes within its warranty time despite I had a bank statement as the proof of purchase. Insisted that you have to have the receipt!! Who keeps the receipt for one year expecting that the product going to fail???!!!! Very disappointed with the management ability and willingness to resolve customers problems!!
