One star this year. We have been coming to the spring Nascar weekend for 12 years now. Ever since the 2nd race was announced in 2017, this place has gone downhill. Customer service is awful, the stands are more and more empty, and those of us who have been loyal and renewed annually are getting less and less for our money. This year, we were told we weren t eligible to renew until June because we don t want both spring and fall races. Furthermore, if someone who attends the fall race has our RV spots or our seats and wishes to purchase both races for 2020, we will get bumped to different spots and seats. We were also not eligible for the weekend renewal promotion offered every year for those who renew during the NASCAR weekend. What a lousy way to treat your loyal customers!! Looking to move our money and time off to Phoenix. What a shame.
