The S-bahn is NOT working again.

The S-bahn is NOT working again.
It is 22/05/2019 at 11:30 hs and I am on Berlin Nordbahnhof. The S1 Wansee is not running.
I paid my expensive ticket for a really bad service. I am lossing a customer for this. Who is going to pay me this money?
If a person does not pay the ticket, he has to pay a fee. But if you do the things bad nothing happen.
