David V. was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have Shavitz perform preventative maintenance every spring and fall and they are always very thorough. I never feel pressured to have anything done that I feel is unnecessary. I feel that they provide an honest assessment of what NEEDS to be done and what can wait. I would definitely recommend Shavitz, and David V. as well.
