The room is nice and big. But how can you really like a place when a call to the front desk goes like this:

Me: Hi, would you please have someone come to my room tomorrow while I'm out to change a burnt out light bulb in the bathroom?

Front desk: There's gonna be a whole new group of employees tomorrow. You should call again in the morning.

Me: Could you leave them a note?

Front desk: Yeah, but the chance of them actually seeing it is pretty small. You better call again tomorrow when they're here.
