I came to hotel, wilson took all of our luggage to the room. Hotel staff is friendly and took care of all the precautions. Wilson is a friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced person who knows the ins and outs of dubai. He guided us about all things. We will definitely tell our mates in Portugal about this experience. Thank you to sofitel management and staff for ensuring a safe and wonderful experience.
