Bought my car here in 2018 but disappointing last ...

Bought my car here in 2018 but disappointing last service in late 2020. They shampood my engine (on a 2 year old low mileage car) and replaced wiper blades, neither of which was necessary. Did not give me measurements on an alignment allegedly done. Too much upsell; the basic charge for Lexus routine service is already very high. People are all very pleasant but I was disappointed with the very high bill. It was a little better when at least I got a "free" meal while waiting, but I understand that is not possible now.
