Phoned and specifically requested that a trade be put on hold so that the recipient not be paid out, we had a major concern with the item being purchased in overseas currency and wanted to check this out as a matter of urgency before the trade was paid out. I was told no problem the day has been put back a day so nothing will be paid out only to find that same afternoon the money was paid out to the recipient. The answer I received was oh sorry I did not realise that when funds are received in our bank the system auto corrects and pays the money out. What a lame excuse, when you call and speak to someone and are assured the system has been updated not to pay out and then it does so against your specific request, well what kind of system do they have, a very poor one! To make matters WORSE, I have appended to this genuine feedback for this company as I felt the need to let other prospective customers know what could be in store for them, I sent a complaint to the Customer Service Department within OZForex there I was asked to send a complaint to a Manager, well you know when a culture is rotten from the TOP - DOWN, no reply not even a acknowledgment email, there are other businesses that offer this service. From our experience go elsewhere.
