Wish I could give 0 stars. Save yourself the stress and don t waste your time!! The initial stages of meeting with a homebuilder are the most important because that is when the relationship is formed, these guys couldn t even show up for our scheduled meeting! No regard for anyone s time and couldn t even offer an explanation or an apology. Instead they just stopped replying to my emails, because that s apparently easier then apologizing. I understand that things happen but do the right thing and at least acknowledge that you made an error. Their own receptionist (who has been there only 3 weeks) even admitted to us that Loree Bibe does this often. This is the same receptionist who was supposed to answer all our questions when Loree didn t show up for our
Meeting, who of course was unable to provide any help whatsoever because she was still so new.

Prior to Loree Bibe not showing up for our meeting, I had been emailing back and forth with Trisha Dewar of Manning village just to find out that the information she was providing was completely inaccurate and inconsistent. She is not up to date with their own lot inventory or pricing, I don t think she has
a clue what she s talking about. Total waste of time.

Honestly, Loree not showing up to
our meeting is a blessing in disguise because I feel like we dodged a major bullet. If this is how stressful it s been already at such an early stage in the process I can t imagine building a home with them. I would not recommend Sterling to any body, the way they handled their multiple errors is so completely unprofessional, some of the worst customer service that I ve ever experienced. Don t waste your time with them.
