Very disappointed with their Buffalo Bills Pizza Special. My wife ordered on Friday, the Sunday before the Bills game. They told her they didn't have a 5 PM pickup time available but a 5:30 time available. I arrived at 5:30 with a line out of the door (10 people deep). I had no problem waiting my turn but they obviously took way too many orders to accommodate the requests. In addition to the long line there were easily 10 cars waiting for curbside pickup, and when I got inside another 15-20 customers waiting for their pizzas to come out. I felt really bad for the kid they had up front checking out customers as everyone was blasting him. He keep telling every customers it would be 15 minutes more... there was no way . They started to give out free glasses to waiting customer but I knew there was no way I was getting a pizza in 15 minutes.

Watching the game and my wife received a text message at 7:00 that our pizza was ready...
