We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. Our most recent salesman was Brandon Kachel. His customer service was outstanding. We actually had fun buying a new car! Brandon took his time with us to make sure we got into the perfect vehicle for our needs. We never felt pressured to purchase. It was all about finding the right ride for us. Every time we stop in for service we look for Brandon just because he is such a pleasure to talk with. Speaking of service, Mike Trock. is the best service provider one could ask for. He is honest and helpful with our service questions. We always feel like we are being well taken care of at this dealership. We will continue to purchase our cars at Lexus of Maplewood because of employees like Brandon and Mike. Needless to say, we love our Lexus cars too!
