Very bad experience today my wife is in this deale...

Very bad experience today my wife is in this dealership to check the oil level of our old 2005 model c200 without an oil dipstick to check, we just send it ball we do not ask for the charity thank you to the team we will share this experience with those around us checking the oil level is not the first job of a garage?
