seems like no one works in this store after 8p, no one answers the pharmacy line and no one answers the customer service line. they are either understaffed or on extended breaks. i spoke with a manager a couple of weeks ago about special ordering a couple of items. I believe his name was Jerry. he said he'd get back with me in a couple of days. i haven't heard a peep from anyone. Linda in the pharmacy was really rude to me when i first transferred my rx's to this store. the produce has gotten really bad compared to when i switched from walmart. the meat is better quality than walmart but i think walmart's got bakers beat on the produce. i'm considering switching to hyvee. i have always gotten great customer service at their store. the employees smile and speak to you whereas most bakers employees seem irritated. if u return something the girls look at u like u stole something. i have never gotten service with a smile at their customer service desk.
