A few years ago, we were in need of a rental home ...

A few years ago, we were in need of a rental home - quickly. We just happened upon Midlands Real Estate, and we were forever grateful that we did. We sat with KC for quite some time, she ended up showing us a rental, and we applied immediately The home actually was right next door to KC's. At first, we were a little nervous about that part, but you would never have known she was the property manager. She was just a wonderful neighbor. I forgot the part about the fact that we had 2 big dogs and in spite of that, she helped us get into the house. Fast forward to 2015. We are needing to rent again. We have added difficulties this time that we did not have before. The person I called was of course KC. Its been years, but she remembered us, remembered that we paid rent on time, left the house in great condition, etc. AND, in spite of our difficulties is completely on board to help us. Midlands Real Estate is a wonderful company. I won't go through any other company - EVER be it renting or buying. Professionalism is tremendous, but even more important to us, kindness and a willingness to help without question. I am taking this time to tell KC and her crew THANK YOU so much!!!
