This has to be the absolutely worst company to deal with in regards to elevator components. In my 20 years, I despise calling here. The woman is rude, she has cursed on the phone and just hangs up on you with never a return phone call. How does this company still exist? Thank god I never see them in a spec. If anyone puts this company in a spec, they need to have their head checked.
