We booked a business group at the Peabody.

What went well: the hotel decor was beautiful. The meeting, catering, and planning team was a breeze to work with.

What didn t go well: it took an unnecessarily long time to check in, despite being the second person in line. Our room phone didn t work, I reported it to the front desk, and it was never fixed. The valet left my truck unlocked and windows down for two hours after I checked in (thanks to my phone app to alerting me). Because the phone in my room didn t work, I called the front desk from my cell phone to call for my vehicle. Message never made it to the valet, so I ended up waiting 30 minutes for the car after we checked out.

Planning team is fabulous.
Hotel service left much to be desired!
