Purchased a used car here and was very pleased. It came with a limited warranty that required regular oil changes at the dealership so I paid for a bunch in advance. First couple were good as I d schedule online and get them done. This time I scheduled on line and when I came in they said it would be a couple of hours. I told them that I just scheduled online and he said oh, we don t use that anymore . So I scheduled an appointment that they don t honor? It s like the Seinfeld episode where Jerry reserves a car, but the car agency doesn t have a car for him! The service person was unapologetic. So now I have a bunch of prepaid oil changes where I just have to show up and hope they can get me in. I m going to ask for them to refund the remainder. Wonder how that ll fly.
