Travel insurance taken out, suitcase with contents and not getting anything back because you want to go home in the middle of the night at Schiphol after a long day of travel, have not been informed of the conditions, only receive a small card with a policy number at Rabobank, no conditions have not completed a PIR form! In and in bad and worthless.
Initially not resolved, but through a second contact Interpolis thought along, very nice to be heard personally. Thank you Interpolis for the understanding and the allowance!
