Customer service hung up on me twice after having ...

Customer service hung up on me twice after having me on hold for 45 minutes for a broken ideapad that's less than 6 months old...sent in for repair...sent back broken and this is what I get.
This will be the very last Lenovo product we ever buy in this house.
