We went at the evening shift (after 6pm), and it was pretty busy. The staff do a good job of controlling the lines (both inside and outside) to make sure the place isn't bombarded with people. There are many interactive rooms, but it was a bit unclear about how to interact with it. The layout of the building and rooms is also unclear, and you end up circling and backtracking a lot. My 3 year old really liked a lot of the exhibits, amd staff were present to assist and answer questions as needed. Our first teamLab experience was "Planets" and i think I prefered it over Borderless, as it was a bit more organized in the experience. We didn't get to check out all the rooms, due to the child getting tired. We took breaks in the "rest area" where they have bathrooms and drink vending machines. All the adults actually mentioned how "tired" they realized they were after entering the rest area. It could have been the visual overstimulation, the heat of the day, it being the end of the day, or a combination of all 3 things. Tips: wear sneakers/shoes, and not sandals nor heels, as certain areas will require you to rent/change shoes. Utilize the rest areas as needed; it can really be overstimulating. Turn off the flash on your cameras.
