Julio the service manager hung up on me after lyin...

Julio the service manager hung up on me after lying to me about services that needed to be done on my vehicle. His staff Lisa claimed I needed a new purge valve. They wanted to take an additional $450 after paying $153 for servicing my vehicle. I took my car to my cousin who is a mechanic and he couldn t believe what they did. They detached the purge valve from the connection and claimed that I needed a new one.

This is this honest business unfortunately for this dealership. I would not trust anyone going to this location at all. I m going to dispute this with headquarters and make sure that somebody teaches the manager not to hang up or rip off their clients.
