I am very disappointed in Generali! My investment would have expired in January this year. I myself am still behind their feathers to receive my investment. No response to e-mails, via telephone I am simply blocked off without them helping me (they did not even bother me.) I got the answer "The papers have been sent" even though he did not even know what was going on). When I receive a response, it is found to take weeks to complete. Now that all documents are still in order, the investment is still NOT deposited. We are already the 8th month of the year ... I think I can say that this is very disappointing. NEVER would I recommend someone to come here whether it is for an investment or an insurance policy because the communication does not work out.
