We had a slight issue with the room and the staff took care of things straight away. The hotel bed is so comfy. This place is quiet and convenient to downtown denver. Such a treat. The bathroom was beautiful too. Worth the upgrade from your normal hotel chain. Staff was kind, professional, and friendly.
