This company is a fraud. Don't waste your money on a home warranty and certainly not from Landmark. They sent an AC contractor out to my house that did atrocious work that cost me an additional $1000 out of my pocket to fix the damage done by the AC company they sent out.
Landmark's response was "you can pay another $100 service fee to haven another contractor sent out to inspect the work." Yeah, no thanks. I asked for an escalation to the investigation division and all they did was call the AC contractor they sent out (that did negligent work) and talked to them and closed the investigation.
This company is a fraud, they take your money, and to cancel with them they give you a parting shot of charging you $75 to cancel as well.
