New stadiums bring fantastic revenue potential and tax base. Can't run a City like a welfare office. Try revitalization to increase revenue to the city. They spent all that money to bring the raiders back but left the surrounding area untouched so no one wanted to go to a rundown neighborhood and risk harm.
