Shavitz has been great to work with. When we bought our condo unit from our landlord, we had no idea how old (14 years) and how poorly maintained (not at all) our HVAC system was. Shavitz has cleaned and maintained our HVAC and kept it working beautifully for the last few years by taking appointment reminders out of our forgetful hands and following up in a timely way when anything is needed. Their technicians are always exceptionally polite, work quickly, and explain things thoroughly. We can't comment as to the affordability compared to other services, as they were our first choice and performed so well we never thought to look elsewhere.
