Took 3.5 hours for bags to get to room, had to get an important item that led to delay of some of my guests leaving. Never happened in all of my travels and hotel stays in the past 25 years. Though staff made apologies and amends, I will think twice to stay in Sofitel Manila again. Could have been a perfect 10th year wedding anniversary but this hitch changed that.
