In the past I myself have worked in the Automotive business. But by far,the service at MINI of Fairfield County, in Darien CT is the FRIENDLIEST, most professional service group I have ever dealt with. From the first e-mail to make a service appointment, to my final drive off, they were polite, courteous and informative. The service was great. My JCW MINI runs like a champ and the repair cost was within reason. A personal thank you to Stephen Parrett and Steve Pagani and crew, for a job well done.
