Thanks Katherine for all your help! I purchased a new 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL just last week and the process was quick and painless.
I called Katherine to start the process and we began with a preapproval over the phone, I was approved and in the dealership with in 40 min test driving the new Jeep Wrangler.
The preapproval process over the phone was quick and easy and it worked well as I am usually stuck in meetings all day.
After the test drive, I met with Katherine and she thoroughly explained the purchase agreement, warranties and protection packages offered.
I was in and out of her office with in 25 mins and on my way back to the office I went.
This was the first time I did a pre approval over the phone and it was extremely easy. Well .. for me at least ha ha.
