The people that work at the water park are extreme...

The people that work at the water park are extremely rude! The TV in our Room didn't even have a power button we had to find a paper clip to turn the TV on. Then there was not a microwave or a Mini fridge to keep drinks or anything cold, found dope needles in the parking lot as we were walking an! The beds were extremely hard and horrible I definitely will never recommend staying at this hotel ever the water park was OK except for the fact that half of the games you have to have coins 1/2 of the games you have to have a pay card! I felt it was very nasty and ghetto! No information on where you could order food or anything we had to look that up on our phones no information in the rooms as far as what TV channels were what like most hotels. I had a good time being with my family but I did not have a good time being in that hotel! I think you need better management and monthly meetings . I will recommend Cocoa keys as a 2 out of 5 to my friends but definitely a negative 10 out of 10 on the hotel everything was broken an junk!
