I was there a few days ago to get my son his puppy...

I was there a few days ago to get my son his puppy his first set of shots and deworming and the the stuff and place is so clean and friendly but unfortunately my son has broken out in hives all week and now get worst I took him to the doctor's three times and he said hes allergies so I cant keep the puppy hes 9 weeks if you know someone please help
