This company is a joke. They try to make my ghetto neighborhood high end. It's full of trashy people, the screens on their windows are all busted out and hanging out. Mailboxes hanging off and or taped on. I got a violation in the mail for a part of my blind being broken, I have cats who play at the window. People park their cars on the street when there is no parking spray painted all over. The electrical boxes are hanging off the houses. I also have to pay $156 dollars a month for an HOA with them and all they take care of is lawn care and water. I can do my own lawn care and water for $50 a month. If you are moving into a neighborhood who is governed by Access management do not move there.
