Lived there twice- once as a single student, once married. Both times everything was fine until the move-out. Moving out of this place is like trying to pull teeth from an angry hippo while juggling knives and performing open heart surgery on the Queen of England. We sold our contract, paid the $75 move out fee (outrageous) and gave them everything. They informed me that I would receive my deposit and the extra rent within a week or two, when the envelope arrived they informed me that I owed them $5 (they actually owe me over $900 in deposit and extra rent that I had paid). Upon looking at my account online, they just took the extra money as "charges." Of course a leasing agent is only available to talk to like once a year, so I have to sit and wait while they keep my money in their bank. This has now happened twice. Don't live here, the move out is just not worth the hassle.
