I was disappointed with my experience at Holmes Tuttle Ford Lincoln. I asked for a dealer car when I scheduled my appointment two weeks prior. My appointment was to replace the faulty airbags again for a SECOND time. Ford sent me over to enterprise to get a rental car and I was given a Ford F-150, instead of putting me in a car similar to my mustang. If I worked for a dealership I would give someone a newer model of the car that they drive, with the hope that they may want to upgrade. The wait wasn t long and the shuttle service was nice, but the whole situation was irritating because I had to check in with enterprise, put down a $50 deposit, and I found out at the end of my experience that I was supposed to refuel the car back to the original amount. I didn't get any information stating that I had to refuel the car and luckily I only drove 9 miles, so they let me slide. My mom told me that Range Rover NEVER does this to her. The shrapnel in my airbags combined with this experience has brought me to the conclusion that my next car probably won't be a ford.
