If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would. I don't see what the point is making an appointment to get service on your vehicle. I pulled up to service center & I waited 20 minutes in my car before anyone approached me. This was my free first oil change on my car & I will never bring it back for any type of auto service. It took almost 3 hours just for an oil change.
