Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas - A LIAR & a CHEATER

We booked months ago for a deluxe room 2 queens beds with Strip views. When we checked in they gave us a 1 king bed room with a parking view. They apologized as they sold out the 2 queen beds room even though we booked our room months in advance. They told us to take the king bed room and they would provide a rollaway bed which they never brought it up to our room.
If you are thinking about booking a room here, change your mind and book somewhere else. Rio Hotel and Casinos in Las Vegas is a LIAR and a CHEATER. Never come back there
