Staff is friendly, the online reservation process was simple, rooms on upper floors have great views. When I stayed there I noticed several places on the interior of the hotel that were in need of repair / remodeling -- stained and worn carpet in some of the halls, wallpaper peeling, areas that needed to be repainted, etc. For the price I had expected it to be in better shape. Also, there is a rooftop swimming pool but unfortunately there is a very tall solid wall all around it that makes it impossible to see anything from up there, it would be really neat to have some glass sections in the wall so you could at least see some of the skyline.
