When I called to ask a question before reserving my scooter, the staff was very helpful. Making the reservation and paying online was easy. The scooter was delivered to my hotel as requested. My scooter appeared to be somewhat well-used as compared to the one my friend rented and picked up the day before. After using it all day the first day, I plugged it in only to discover that the charger didn't work. Unfortunately, it was after Big Apple Scooter's business hours and there is no emergency number. Upon calling the next morning during business hours, a replacement charging apparatus was delivered to the hotel. On the 3rd day of use, I discovered while trying to leave Epcot after the fireworks show that the headlight didn't work so I just dealt with that for the remainder of the trip. I am sure that Big Apple Scooters would have fixed the problem or delivered another scooter but I just didn't want to mess with it. The light on my friend's scooter worked. Big Apple Scooter relies on the bellman to give instructions on how to use the scooter. If I return to Disney World in the future, I will rent from them again but will make sure that everything is working before accepting delivery. I also wish that the company provided an emergency number for evenings and Sundays after business hours.
