They took my trade in and down payment real quick, but took forever to get get the title. I had to call them twice to ask where it was. Then after we had already registered our new car, and saw our trade in had been bought and driving around town, they threaten to "undo the deal" because of information they failed to ask for in the first place. They were rushing and unorganized. We are still in the process of solving all the issues they have created for themselves with sloppy paperwork. Let's just say I won't be going back to them to do another deal. Check out theor facebook reviews! Wish I would have looked them up before going in because all of the reviews seem to have had a hard time with them as well.
