I would like to begin by saying true customer service in my opinion has become a sales tactic at best until I had to have our repaired atTaylor Kia of Lima. Our was hit in the rear end at a store parking lot. I immediately contacted my insurance, they told us to pick a body shop and so contacted Kevin (service manager) at where we purchased the car. I still in amazement at how quickly Kevin took charge and made the severe sting out of having to have our car repaired and paying a deductible because someone wasn't mature enough to take responsibility for damaging our car. We barely lifted a finger, Kevin handled everything with insurance company, kept us completely informed during the whole process. He honestly made us feel our repair was the top priority, after a few minor setbacks because Kevin would not accept nothing less than perfection for our repair when everything was done we were more than completely satisfied with the job that was done. There are not enough words to describe how great the service team and especially Kevin are at Taylor kia Lima. They have truly renewed my faith in true customer service and I am truly a hard man to please. If I could I would give 10 stars in a minute, Thank you so much for fantastic job you have done. If you are needing any work done on your vehicle call Kevin, you'll quickly understand what I'm talking about.
