I stay at Edsa Shangri-la fairly regularly. The service is usually good but this time the service was exceptional, from the moment I arrived very late in the evening and was greeted by name (by Juki at Horizon club check in) and quickly taken through the registration process and got to my room. Every small thing was top value - breakfast order, extra coffee, room cleaning, turn down service, ordering of cars, greeting in the corridors, the service at Horizon Club each day, use of the gym. For the first time I was delighted with every aspect of my experience here. Yes I will be back and I have great expectations that you can maintain your top level of service.
