Elan At Mallard Creek Apartments...SCAM! Nothing but a bait and switch! This is not a luxury apartments. The management will give you incorrect information. The management lies Do Not Move Here!!.. They give you a tour of the new upgrade apartment but your apartment will not look like it. They try to give upgrades which are half done and try to upgrade it with you living in there. They lie and tell you the apartment would be finish by move in date which is not true.The apartment I was suppose to have was vacant for almost two months and they tired to throw everything together the day before my move in date and it still wasn't completed. Dont waste your time and money with this crooked company.
