My friend and I were driving to visit family from out of state. On our way we noticed the vehicle making a strange noise and started to shake. We got into town late Friday night and contacted Northtown Auto early Saturday morning. They were so kind and understanding of our out of town situation and promised to do the best they could to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. In less than an hour they were able to fix the problem so that we were able to continue to our next destination. Being two females, who are not familiar with car parts, we felt extremely comfortable and safe knowing that they were going to only deliver the car back when they could guarantee safety! If I lived in the area this would be where I take my car because of the kind and friendly customer service! Thanks to Steve who helped us out today!
