Excellent for family gym/recreational facilities.

Excellent for family gym/recreational facilities.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It does get crowded at times but there is so much to do that you'll be able to find something to keep you happy if you have to wait for a machine.

We used to go to the Bayfront Y because it's closer but this facility is just a better, more modern place to work out.
