Pathetic service experience. My vehicle went in for a service. From the start there were problems. No booking was made. I stood for over 40 minutes at the service reception. The Service Advisor was a trainee who was very confused. The Service Manager just stood and watched until I raised my voice. No vehicle check was done with me on arrival. Upon collection of my vehicle, I noticed chips on my windscreen. Contacted the DP. He does not seem intrested and seems to side with his staff's version of events. No one wants to take blame for this. BMW CUSTOMER SERVICES also cannot provide me with answers or a solution. Have been advised to go to the Motor Industry Ombudsmen. Such pathetic service. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone!
