Booked a service online over three weeks ago on Saturday 8:00-9:45am, only just got a call now, one day prior to my appointment telling me they can't do the 'express service' on Saturday, I will have to wait till 12pm. If I knew this I would have organised some one to pick me up. I'm on a tight schedule tomorrow, I had to cancel it, really horrible service.
